The Kentucky Derby
I'm home for Derby this year, and my pick to win is Paddy O'Prado (with a dollar or two on American Lion).
The track is sloppy today, and to quote Seinfeld:
"He's a mudder...his mudder was a mudder."

A passing thought: I wish the Courier-Journal wasn't so obsessed with celebrity sightings.

I celebrated by downing an 8-inch tall mint julep while reading "The Kentucky Derby is Decadent and Depraved"
Haha, nice. I actually changed my pick to Super Saver at the last second and got my first winning pick of my life. 37 bones or clams or whatever you call them richer.
Tony got some money, too. He got the second-place horse. Gambling in Waynesboro on a high.
