I've been really obsessed with Best Coast these past two weeks. The video for the song might be even better. LOLCATZ!

Sean, Julie, and I used to have a weekly listening party where we'd each pick a song--basically it was an in-person weekly mix.
Anyway, the second track I ever picked was "The Desert" by Benjy Ferree. (The first was "Silent Shout" by the Knife.)
Also, we used to vote. Sean and Julie always--and I do mean always--voted for each other, so I essentially picked the winner each week.
